INTERNATIONAL OPEN RAPID TOURNAMENT

HALKIDIKI, GREECE 5-6 MAY 2007

 

1.         ORGANIZERS:

     

     AMO Galaxias Sports Club - Greek Chess Federation

           

2.       SYSTEM - SCHEDULE:

           

FIDE Swiss 7 rounds. The tournament will be held with time control for each player 20 minutes for the whole game. The FIDE system rules are valid.

10.00. - 14.00.  3 rounds

 

CUPS – MONEY PRIZES: 

 

There will be given cups and medals to places 1-3, concerning the categories of General Standings/

The total entry fees will be shared to money prizes and it will be divided in case of equal standings. In case that a participant is eligible for two or more money prizes, he will receive only the highest. The money prizes distribution (100% of the entry fees)

4.   HOTELS - VENUE:

 

Athos Palace- Kallithea Halkidiki – Theodora Conference Room

Hotel prices and bookings are the same as World School Championship conditions.

           

5.   ENTRY FEE

 

15 euros per participant – 10 euro for juniors U17
