4.   VENUE – LOCATION :

 

The conference will take place at G-Hotels - Pallini Beach - Tilemachus Room.

G-Hotels is situated in northern Greece, Halkidiki peninsula, and is surrounded by green belt and sports facilities covering an overall surface of 10,000 square metres.

 

5.   CALL FOR SPEAKERS :

The Programme Committee of the Chess Marketing Seminar seeks dynamic presenters from the chess area or the marketing tourism and media field. : Focusing on Sports Marketing, sports truism, media, and internet marketing. 

Format:

We expect experts to submit proposals for a 20-minute presentation in the form of a case study, round table discussion (moderator and panelists), benchmark or industry study or lecture on the Conference Topics.  An objective presentation that meets the expectations of the audience enhances the credibility of the speaker, the speaker’s company and the event itself.

Considerations:

Your presentation material must be practical and relevant, creative and innovative. Proposals will be evaluated in terms of:

Originality (does the presentation make a new contribution?)

Technical quality

Informative & educational content

Significance of results

Clarity of presentation

Relevance to the themes of conference

Importance to end-user

 PAYMENT

The payment for the registration fees should be made in Euro, in advance to the conference to Event Consulting, by bank transfer. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

All conference cancellations received in written by 30 March 2007 will receive a full refund less a 50 Euro administrative fee. No refunds will be made after 1st April 2007. No refunds are given for no-shows.

  

CONFIRMATION

Confirmation of registration will be sent to all delegates whose payment has been received.

 

 CERTIFICATE

A Certificate of Attendance will be provided for all delegates.

 

 LETTER OF INVITATION

Delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Conference may write to the Conference Secretariat specifying the necessary details. Please note this procedure aims to assist delegates who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support from the Conference.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7.   ACCOMMODATION :

 

Event Consulting will handle your hotel reservation and airport transportation. Please complete the Registration - Accommodation Form and send it to us by 30 March 2007. The hotel reservation cannot be guaranteed after this date. A hotel reservation will only be made after receipt of your full payment to of the total accommodation cost.

Hotel rooms (G-Hotels) in various price categories have been booked for the International Seminar in Halkidiki. Event Consulting will endeavour to meet all your accommodation requests, however, if your preferred choice is fully booked, Event Consulting will proceed your booking on your second or third choice hotel. Hotel allocation will be made on a first come first served basis.

All reservations are handled by Event Consulting. All rates quoted on the Accommodation Form are per room, per night in Euro and include breakfast one meal and VAT.

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION

Confirmation of your accommodation will contain details of your hotel and will be sent to you after receipt of your full payment of the total accommodation cost. Changes and cancellations of reservations can be sent to Event Cosnulting in writing only.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is providing from and to the airport of Thessaloniki for a 60 euro total fee.
