October 14th-15th 2000 saw the first two rounds of the new Bundesliga
season. In a new departure many of the games are being covered live on the
internet. The stars who played in the first weekend were top ten stars
Alexander Morozevich (with a 2-0 record), Alexei Shirov (with a draw and a
win) and Michael Adams (win and a loss to Mladen Muse rated 2510). SG Porz,
Solingen, Lubeck, Godesberg and Tegernsee all started with two match wins.
All the games from Hamburg, Solingen and Porz. Those from Castrop Rauxel
are unavailable at the moment.
