TRANSPORT
School
buses will come from Moncloa to the school and vice-versa at the end of the
day.
RULES OF THE TOURNAMENT.
It
will be a 9 - round Swiss tournament . Rapid chess : 25´per player (8-9 rounds
of 15´in the school tournament).

The
quantity of the prizes will be awarded in order of classification.It will not
therefore be divisible.
Two
consecutive or alternate absences will lead to elimination.
Computers
will decide the pairing of the players which will not be subject to change
The
organization can only guarantee the participation of those players who finalize
their inscription within the given time limits . Players must present their
receipt at registration.
Limited
inscriptions: School tournament: 300
International tournament: 300
Veteran
players must be over 60 by 8th April 2000.
Due
to its characteristics smoking will not be allowed in chess room.
For
anything which is not established
here, we will apply the
FIDE/FEDA rules.
The
competition Committee will be formed by three participant players elected by
all the participants.
The
Champion and the Subchampion of the International Tournament undertake to play
a simultaneous match of 15´with the respective champions and pupils from
Colegio Mirabal classified in the first places in each category of the School
Tournament, before the prizegiving.
Participation
in this tournament requires total acceptation of the rules.
The
organization reserves the right to accept or reject inscriptions.
